Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead one of the company's most strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
This role will drive alignment and execution across multiple business verticals and core platform teams, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones while improving transparency, coordination, and stakeholder accountability.

You will own program-level planning, OKR tracking, and cross-team execution across functions such as Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Data, as well as business verticals including Ride-Hailing, Fintech, Delivery and Intercity.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional execution by aligning timelines, goals, and deliverables across vertical teams (Ride-Hailing, Fintech, Delivery, Intercity etc.) and core platform functions (Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data etc).
• Own program-level planning, OKR tracking, and coordination rituals to ensure on-time delivery of key SuperApp milestones.
• Identify and unblock dependencies early through structured stakeholder management across HQ and local teams.
• Improve transparency and accountability with regular reporting and risk mitigation strategies for leadership.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a tech-driven, cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated success managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Experience working in or alongside product, engineering, and business teams.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, OKR tracking, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills-able to translate between business and technical teams.
• Highly organized with a knack for prioritization, risk management, and driving accountability.
• Analytical and systems-oriented thinker who sees the bigger picture but can dive into the details.
