Duties and Responsibilities:

- Guide Agile teams through the full Scrum lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders to remove impediments and keep delivery on track

- Track team performance using data metrics like velocity, cycle time, and burn-down charts, and drive continuous improvement

- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and ownership within teams

- Provide hands-on coaching to team members on Agile values, principles, and best practices

- Support the product owner in maintaining and refining the product backlog

- Promote team self-organization and accountability through effective facilitation

- Keep sprint goals in focus and ensure delivery meets both timeline and scope

- Ensure strong communication between cross-functional team members and leadership
Requirements:

- 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role

- Solid understanding of Scrum principles, ceremonies, and Agile frameworks

- Strong ability to identify and remove blockers impacting team performance

- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills

- A mindset geared toward team empowerment, problem-solving, and adaptability

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster alignment across teams

- Experience in running effective team retrospectives and driving action items
Preferred:

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

- Familiarity with using analytics to track and improve team delivery

- Background in software development environments is a plus
Working Conditions:

- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- Days off: 2 Days
