Summary:
As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will research and monitor healthcare regulations and quality metrics from accrediting bodies (e.g., CMS, TJC, DNV) across multiple facility types (CAH, LTACH, LTC, Primary Care, etc.) and communicate updates to internal teams for integration into performance measures. You will work directly with the Clinical Application Specialist team to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Regulatory Monitoring:
- Conduct ongoing research of healthcare regulatory requirements and quality metrics from accrediting bodies such as CMS, The Joint Commission (TJC), and DNV for various facility types (CAH, LTACH, LTC, Primary Care, etc.).
- Monitor for updates or changes in regulations and convey actionable information to internal teams responsible for building performance measures in ActionCue CI.
- Ensure nationally recognized benchmarks and resources are updated in ActionCue CI.
- Collaborate with product teams to represent customer needs based on regulatory requirements.
- Document research and regulatory processes.
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
