Description

Must have:
• 5+ years of professional experience leading regional and/or local ERP implementation projects
• Strong background in digital transformation within the insurance or financial services industry
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, aligning business objectives, technology, and compliance
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (Core, Geo, BU) and ensuring consistency between local processes and corporate standards
• Solid understanding of insurance business systems (e.g., policy administration, claims, billing, CRM, data warehouse, regulatory reporting)
• Experience managing vendors, consultancies, and technology partners under Agile or hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to drive change management and user training to ensure adoption and sustainability

Nice to have:
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Operations, HR, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to align processes and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation for insurance solutions, from requirements definition to deployment and post go-live support
• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, scope control, budgeting, risk management, quality assurance, and executive stakeholder communication
• Oversee integrations with insurance business systems and ensure alignment with regulatory standards
• Promote organizational change management and user enablement strategies
