Job TitleProduct Verification Specialist
Job Description
The Finals Part Inspection Team ensures the part is what we say it is, looks for defects and takes photos of the individual part to upload into our database.
Your role:
- AllParts Medical receives in whole medical imaging systems to our Nashville warehouse where we breakdown the systems into individual parts needed to service other equipment still installed. The parts go through the quality assurance process here and the final step is the Finals Part Inspector Team.
- This position is vital to the success of AllParts Medical to maintain our industry leading quality metrics. Last year the team was able to pass over 21,000 parts to our finished goods location while maintaining a critical eye and high level of detail.
- The team consists of two members to process the tech production from the previous day. Each part is inspected for proper labeling, ensuring quality standards are met and photographed.
- Individual performance is measured by overall quantity of parts moved to finished goods, warranty rate and contribution to part records with stock photos for our website.
- Working with the harvest, tech and logistics teams to identify trends and implement changes to improve the overall quality of our products. With exposure to all aspects of the AllParts operations you have a wide range of future development opportunities.
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment working in small and large teams.
- Your skills include a constant high level of detail, previous work with a camera, comprehensive PC computer skills, problem solving skills and being highly organized.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Shipping/Warehousing position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $22.00 to $35.00, plus overtime eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN
