Role Overview

You'll coordinate cross-functional projects spanning Engineering, Design, Product, Operations, and business stakeholders. This requires PMs who can create clarity from chaos, identify and resolve blockers proactively, and keep teams aligned and moving forward.

The role demands strong organizational skills, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to adapt plans as circumstances change.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage complex technical and business projects from initiation to delivery
• Recent experience of leading Agile Software Engineering initiatives using Scrum, Kanban or other methodology
• Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and business teams
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and agile retrospectives
• Manage dependencies and ensure teams have what they need to succeed
• Report on project status, metrics, and outcomes to leadership
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence

Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of technical project management experience
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus
• Fintech or regulated industry experience preferred
