Role Overview

The Private Equity Associate will join a high-performing team and gain exposure to all aspects of the investment lifecycle-from sourcing and due diligence to execution and portfolio management. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, perform valuation analyses, and conduct market research for prospective investments.
• Support comprehensive due diligence processes, including operational, financial, and legal reviews.
• Prepare investment committee presentations and assist in transaction execution.
• Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to exit planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
