Position Summary:

Accomplished professional with in-depth expertise in the Australian Superannuation industry and demonstrated OMNI technical proficiency. Possesses outstanding client management skills, effective escalation resolution capabilities, and delivers comprehensive status reporting. Additionally, contributes to code reviews, high-level and low-level design creation, and test case evaluations.

Mandatory Skills:
• Having deep insight of Australian Retirement Industry and have at least 7-9 years working experience as Developer/SME/Tech lead in Super Annuation area
• Functional understanding of multiple applications or technologies within the FIS Omni suite of products like OmniPlus, OmniTrade, OmniPay, OmniDVW, OmniLink, OAW etc.
• Good experience on OmniPlus features, such as Loans, Eligibility, Service, Enrollments, Payroll Processing, Expense Billing, Fees, etc.
• Have performed technical analysis and support for client projects involving Omni applications.
• Participated in many stages of the software development lifecycle, especially:
oReviewing functional requirements, business requirements, and/or defects to determine the development tasks required
oCreating and documenting technical designs to meet development requirements
oDeveloping solutions using technologies leveraged by the applications (such as OmniScript, COBOL,Unix / Linux Scripting, JCL, XML, HTML, etc.)
oParticipating in code reviews
oProviding technical support during testing and post-production deployment phases.
• Experience in requirement analysis, design, BRD & TDD walkthrough till coding and deployment process and worked closely with project management, business analysts, solution architects, and quality assurance analysts
• Having deep understanding & working experience of Agile methodologies and ceremonies
• Experience of working in production support as well as development, migration or upgrade projects involving Omni suite of products
• Experience in working on both on-prem Omni and hosted Omni in SaaS model

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Guiding team members as tech lead while participating in the software/functional enhancement
• Having good communication skill & experience in holding customer discussions, status report creation & presentations, escalation management and co-ordination between teams located at different geographical locations

Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):
• Total experience range of 10-19 years as Business Analyst on FIS Omni suite of products.
• Brisbane (Australia) location preferred. But open to other locations in Australia as well.

Salary Range: >$100,000
