Our client, a market leading and significantly growing buy and build platform in a competitive and dynamic market of the healthcare industry, is looking for an M&A Manager to join their motivated team in Dusseldorf. The firm has shown outstanding growth since its foundation in 2019, currently generating over €100m in turnover and operating in over 30 locations in Germany. • Work as part of a small team, directly with the responsible Head of M&A and C-Level management
• Actively contribute to the M&A process from initial lead sourcing, valuation and analysis of potential targets, negotiation, till closing of the transaction
• Coordinate the overall due diligence process and lead individual DD work streams
• Support management in the post-merger integration processes, involvement in all aspects of the M&A transaction process

Who we are looking for

• You have first gained experience in M&A within investment banking, consulting, the big four or from a similar role in a corporate set-up
• Strong communication skills are essential, including native-level German and fluent English
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• You are a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Good with numbers, proactive with a positive attitude
