To support the firm's continued success, we are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Investment Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and execution to portfolio value creation and exit planning, within a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. What the job involves

• Involvement in the whole private equity deal cycle, from active sourcing and execution work
• Financial and commercial analysis of opportunities, preparation of investment committee documentation
• Monitoring and managing of existing investments: support value creation initiatives and report on progress and performance
• Hands on work and close interaction with partners, founders, and other stakeholders throughout the investment cycle

Who we are looking for

• Strong academic background
• Previous professional experience in another private equity firm with a background in investment banking or strategy consulting
• Strong commercial, financial modelling and analytical skills
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial and ambitious character with a genuine passion for investing
• Native-level German and fluent English language skills are essential
