Description
Mooradian Law is a boutique healthcare firm seeking an attorney with experience in transactions and regulatory matters. We represent hospitals, senior living providers, physician groups, management services organizations, and a wide range of healthcare entities across Michigan and nationally. Our practice includes a mix of transactional, regulatory, and corporate work, with matters that frequently involve healthcare-specific compliance and operational issues.
This position is ideal for a lawyer who wants greater autonomy, direct client interaction, and the ability to build a long-term career within a flexible, fully remote practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts
- Supporting transactional matters, including practice acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganizations
- Conducting regulatory analyses involving Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, licensure, and reimbursement
- Advising provider organizations, MSOs, and healthcare businesses on operational and compliance issues
- Managing client relationships with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in Michigan
- 1–4+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Healthcare transactions
- Regulatory compliance (Stark, AKS, licensing, reimbursement)
- Corporate or M&A work involving healthcare clients
- Contract drafting and review
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
