Our client, a leading brokerage firm, is now seeking an experienced Prime Brokerage professional to lead their Delta One & Equity Finance business in the Asia region.

As Head of Delta One & Equity Finance, you will manage the trading, risk management, and structuring of synthetic equity products (swaps, futures, ETFs) and securities lending, focusing on revenue generation through financing, liquidity provision, and inventory optimization. Key responsibilities include managing P&L, developing client solutions, and overseeing regulatory compliance and operational controls. These include actively trade and make markets in Delta One products, including Equity Swaps, Total Return Swaps (TRS), Contracts for Difference (CFDs), and ETFs to drive profitability; as well as managing the Stock Borrow/Loan (SBL), optimizing inventory, funding, and collaterals.

To be considered, you must have proven experience in setting up and managing the delta one, prime brokerage business in the region. Deep knowledge of equity markets, synthetic financing, and pricing models. Familiarity with regional regulatory requirements (e.g., Hong Kong/Asia-Pacific).
