About the Function

Are you interested to know more about procurement sourcing strategy, brewing, distillation or packaging processes? Are you good at stakeholder management, and you enjoy explaining supply business performance to senior leaders? Do you like to be the one drives business decision, explains production efficiency and impact of purchase price variance?

The Supply FP&A Lead Analyst role is about reporting, forecasting, explaining and owning supply business performance, driving business insight, being a key business partner for the supply operation leads.

Top Accountabilities

• Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes for the respective area in supply chain
• Prepare the monthly forecast update for P&L/WC and cash based on actuals, trends, business knowledge and discussions
• Prepare and present the monthly BPM pack to the senior partners in the supply organization including plant Operations Director
• Prepare the annual financial plan for the respective area, focusing on the key cost drivers of supply operation as well as the major working capital elements such as creditors and inventory
• Be a trusted business partner for the supply operation and the in-market finance team

About You

• Degree in relevant finance / accounting/ business area
• 4-5 years' experience in Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis / Financial Controlling
• Good accounting knowledge
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Good communication and business partnering skills with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Willing to learn and develop yourself
