Description

Our client is a CMS licensed Fintech which focuses on tokenized, institutional-grade private market investments enabling investors to gain fractional ownership of private market digital assets.

This is a leadership role that will manage the compliance team and be responsible for end-to-end compliance matters with visibility towards C-suite stakeholders.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

1. Responsible for end-to-end compliance matters across regulatory compliance and AML.
2. Point of contact with regulators such as MAS.
3. Provide leadership to the compliance team.
4. Work closely with C-suite stakeholders and advise the business on regulatory requirements and assist to navigate the regulatory landscape.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

1. At least 10 years of broad compliance generalist background from a CMS licensed entity and ideally has recent years of experience in the fintech industry with a focus on digital assets.
2. Strong business acumen and ability to help the business in navigating through complex regulatory landscape.
3. Experience in liaising with regulators and team management skills will be advantageous.
