| Job Description | As a member of the Enrollment Management team, serving directly on a team of seven financial aid professionals, the Financial Aid Systems Information Manager is primarily responsible for optimizing financial aid systems, ensuring overall data integrity, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing office software maintenance and support. Serving as the liaison between the offices of Financial Aid and Computing and Information Technology (CIT), the Information Manager will manage business processes, reporting, and automation within the College’s ERP and other technical tools. This position plays a critical role in advancing operational efficiencies and enhancing the student experience through the use of technology. This role is based fully on-site for the initial 12 months to ensure comprehensive onboarding, training, and team integration. Following the first year of employment, transition to a hybrid schedule, allowing for one remote work day per week can be considered. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
