Description

• Lead and manage projects to strengthen financial control frameworks and improve regulatory compliance.
• Oversee IPO readiness initiatives, including preparation of financial reporting, internal controls, and corporate governance processes.
• Drive optimisation and integration of finance systems to support accurate reporting and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, audit, investor relations, and IT to ensure all IPO readiness milestones are achieved.
• Develop and implement robust financial control policies and procedures aligned with regulatory and corporate standards.
• Manage end-to-end finance system projects - including selection, implementation, upgrades, and process automation - to improve data integrity and reporting efficiency.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation and deliverables required for IPO filings and submissions.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor control effectiveness related to financial processes and IPO readiness.
• Provide training and communication on new financial control policies, finance system changes, and IPO-related requirements.
• Maintain detailed project plans, produce status reports, and present updates to senior management and external advisors.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, legal counsel, and investment banks, ensuring alignment and compliance.
