Core Responsibilities

Own the full EC P&L, including revenue, platform commissions, traffic investment, fulfillment cost, and contribution margin.

Lead financial planning for e-commerce: annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.

Partner with EC business leaders to evaluate promotions, pricing, traffic investment, assortment strategy, and platform negotiations.

Analyze key EC KPIs such as ROI of marketing spend, conversion rate, traffic efficiency, repurchase rate, and customer acquisition cost.

Support commercial decisions including 11.11/618 planning, platform JBP negotiations, and new channel entry.

Monitor operational efficiency, including logistics cost, warehousing, return rate, and supply chain alignment for EC.

Build financial models for new initiatives such as DTC expansion, live-streaming, private domain growth, and new product launches.

Strengthen internal controls for EC operations, including rebate settlement, platform reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.

Provide insights to senior leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations to improve profitability and growth.

Job Requirements

Strong FP&A and commercial finance background

Deep understanding of e-commerce business models and platform mechanics

Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, BI tools, financial modelling)

Ability to influence cross-functional teams (EC operations, marketing, supply chain, IT)

Strong communication and stakeholder management

Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, or digital commerce is highly valued

Fluent English in oral and written
