Salary Range: $115,000 - $165,000*
*Actual salary offered may vary based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities; licensure and certifications; geographical differences; and market conditions.
The District Manager (DM) is responsible for leading multiple branches as one connected, high-performing district. This role translates company strategy into consistent execution across locations, develops Branch Managers as strong leaders, and drives performance across revenue growth, sales execution, safety, customer experience, fleet optimization, operational excellence, and profitability. The DM is accountable for district sales performance, financial results, talent development, and regional KPIs. This role partners with Branch Managers and Sales teams to grow market share, strengthen customer relationships, drive disciplined pipeline execution, and ensure overall district profitability.
This is a field-facing, enterprise leadership role that balances strategic direction, sales leadership, and operational execution to deliver measurable business results.
Qualification/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred
- Equivalent leadership experience considered
Experience:
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, sales, or general management roles
- Multi-site leadership experience with accountability across multiple locations or business units
- Direct P&L ownership, including revenue, margin, and expense management
- Demonstrated experience leading both operational and sales functions
- Experience developing and leading leaders (e.g., Branch Managers or equivalent)
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth while improving operational discipline
- Experience managing safety performance and regulatory compliance within a field-based operation
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Possess or ability to obtain CPT/CSE Trainer Certification
- Be able to frequently lift 25 lbs. occasionally lift 50 lbs. and seldom lift 90 lbs.

- Collaborating with Branch Managers to align workforce planning, productivity, and performance.
- Leading initiatives that advance operational excellence and overall district success.
