The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) provides strategic leadership and oversight of TidalHealth’s compliance program, ensuring adherence to all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Reporting to the Vice President and General Counsel, the CCO promotes a culture of integrity while proactively identifying and mitigating regulatory and operational risk.
