Business Capability Expert - IGTD Service (Colorado Springs, CO/Plymouth, MN)
As a Business Capability Expert within IGTD Service Operations, you will drive the optimization and continuity of end‑to‑end service capabilities with a strong focus on fulfillment and service execution. You will manage and improve service tooling and data (including ServiceMax and SAP), resolve operational issues, and support innovation initiatives such as remote service platforms. Your work enables scalable, compliant, and efficient service delivery across coronary, peripheral vascular, and cardiac solutions.
Your Role
- You support the IGTD service and commercial organizations in realizing their strategic objectives by evaluating and improving service‑related business processes.
- You co‑create and deploy new capabilities across process, tools, people, and data within the end‑to‑end IGTD Service domain, working closely with Central Functions, CoEs, and Local Process Owners.
- You analyze operational and system data, correct issues, build business cases for improvements, lead cross‑functional workshops, and maintain a strong global stakeholder network across service, production, commercial teams, and regions.
You're the Right Fit If:
- You have 7+ years of international experience in the service domain, including installed base management, service contracts, fulfillment, recurring revenue models, spare parts, and remote/field service delivery.
- You bring experience in Healthcare, preferably within the medical device industry.
- You are a self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and focus on impact.
- You communicate effectively and collaborate comfortably with global teams across time zones.
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
- Able to travel globally (up to 20%)
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
Specific Technical Requirements:
- Hands‑on experience and strong IT affinity with ServiceMax, SAP, and service‑related platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage system and data registration, resolve operational issues, and support end‑to‑end service processes.
- Experience with KPI monitoring and reporting, data management and analysis, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work end‑to‑end across service, production, and commercial teams.
- Participation in innovation projects such as remote service platforms and integration of acquired companies into service infrastructure.
- Commercial experience is a nice to have

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (Colorado) is $122,000 to $194,000
The pay range for this position in (Minnesota) is $128,000 to $204,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs, CO or Plymouth, MN.
