Job Description

• Reviewing and assessing IPO applications to ensure compliance with listing rules and regulatory standards.
• Providing recommendations and preparing reports on IPO submissions.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to address queries and concerns.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of financial statements and related disclosures.
• Monitoring market trends and regulatory developments in the financial services sector.
• Supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures for IPO vetting.
• Ensuring timely processing and communication of IPO application outcomes.
• Providing guidance and expertise to junior team members as required.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Qualified accountant with 4-7 years of experience, preferably from Big 4.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Sharp analytical mind, professional poise, and impeccable written English & Chinese.
• The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
