Our employees are empowered to put our customers at the center of all we do, focus on doing what's right, and create solutions that make their lives better.As part of the Anti-Money Laundering & Know Your Customer (AML/KYC) Product Delivery Team, the AML/KYC Test Lead will play a key role in driving agile testing practices. The Test Lead will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Project Management, and technology partners within an agile framework to support the delivery of AML/KYC product initiatives. This includes participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure testing activities are seamlessly integrated into the development lifecycle. The Test Lead will analyze epics and user stories to understand system impacts, define acceptance criteria, and facilitate continuous testing and feedback. End-to-end testing will leverage iterative, collaborative approaches to trigger, track, and validate expected results, ensuring enhancements meet business objectives and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) for AML/KYC product initiatives, ensuring alignment with acceptance criteria and regulatory standards.
- Develop detailed test cases based on Jira epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring testing is integrated throughout the agile development lifecycle.
- Coordinate and execute all phases of the test cycle, including preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technology teams to clarify acceptance criteria and resolve issues.
- Support test automation strategy and assist with the implementation of automated test scripts.
- Track and communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and support junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to best practices for AML/KYC product testing.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to AML/KYC and software testing.
- Document process and procedural changes as needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in user acceptance testing or quality assurance testing
- Experience working within an agile framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative product enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with external product teams and interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management and JIRA
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience with Assisted Account Opening, Digital Account Opening, Customer Identification Program (CIP), Legacy Banker Tools (Customer Assist, Peoplesoft/Titan Common Module), Risk Scoring Utility (RSU), and Enterprise KYC Profile Manager (KYCPM)
- Proficiency in API testing
- Experience creating and managing content in Confluence
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance software testing efficiency, accuracy, and coverage
