What You’ll Do
Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to all staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident care.
Manage staff and regulatory compliance.
Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Current nursing home administrator license in Minnesota (or meet Minnesota licensure requirements).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Experience managing budgets and financial performance
Compassion and respect for the elderly and individuals in need of care.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families.
